Please ensure you have photographic Identification
with you on arrival.
(Passport, Identification card, driving licence)

The Apartment is available from 1500hrs on the day of arrival and must
be vacated by 1100hrs on day of departure.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit 20% of total booking with a minimum
deposit of £60 per person is required with each booking.

Bookings of durations up to Eight weeks are payable in full FOUR weeks
prior to arrival or late bookings by arrangement on arrival.

Booking of durations in excess of Eight weeks can be paid by instalments
if required by arrangement.

Payments can be
made by Cash, Paypal, Direct bank transfer,
Bankerís draft, Cheques will only be accepted as payment for
bookings/services 45 days in Advance.

In the event of cancellation, which must be notified in writing within
Twenty eight days of arrival, if not then the total amount of the
apartment booking is payable.

The Number of people occupying the apartment MUST NOT exceed
the numbers declared in the booking. (A supplement of £10 per night
will be charged for Extra persons up to the capacity of the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi access fair usage, no excess streaming, and
all activity on the web MUST be legal.

The Electrical sockets are on a card meter which are charged at £5-00 each
All other utility charges are included .

No Children, Pets or Smoking is allowed on the premises.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel Insurance cover.
If you break or damage anything in the apartment you must advise us as
soon as possible, as breakages and damage will be charged for.

The Apartment must be kept in a clean hygienic condition.
Recycling of waste must be strictly adhered to in accordance with local authority

To keep our prices fair and competitive, the standard cleaning charge of £35-00
is applicable to all bookings, regardless of length of booking. ANY excess cleaning required will be charged for accordingly, e.g: cooker and equipment including pots and pans used and not cleaned and left in a normal hygienic condition.

We endeavour to maintain a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Guests are kindly asked to help us by leaving the suite in a clean and tidy codition and to respect others by
avoiding undue Noise Thank you!
It is Highly Recommended that you take out Comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover you for the unexpected. Cancellation, Accidents, Accidental Damage to the property, Personal cover etc
