BOOKING CONDITIONS.
'BILLS PAD'
SELF CATERING APARTMENT,
at ORCHARD LODGE,
at ORCHARD LODGE,
PRESTWICH, MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM.
We endeavour to maintain a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness and Guests are kindly asked to help us by leaving the apartment clean and tidy and respect for others by avoiding undue noise.

It is Highly Recommended that you take out Comprerhensive Travel Insurance to cover you for the unexpected. Cancellation, Accidents, accidental damage to the property, Personal cover etc.
Please ensure you have photographic Identification with you on arrival. (Passport, Identification card, driving licence)
STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO CHILDREN.
The Apartment is available from 1500hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1100hrs on day of departure.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit 20% of total booking with a minimum deposit of £50 per person is required with each booking.
Bookings of durations up to Six weeks are payable in full four weeks before arrival or late bookings by arrangement on arrival by Cash Only.
Booking of durations in excess of six weeks can be paid by instalments if required by arrangement.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash, Paypal or Cheques only accepted for advance payments of at least 45 days.
Cancellations MUST be advised in writing at least 28 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, which must be notified in writing within Twentyeight days of arrival, if not then the total amount of the apartment booking is payable.
The Number of people occupying the apartment MUST NOT exceed the numbers declared in the booking.
A supplement of £10 per night will be charged for Extra persons up to the capacity of the apartment.
Gas and Electricity is by prepayment card meter, cards are charged at £10-00 This enables us to keep the apartment costs at very reasonable prices and provide extra facilities such as Washing machine and dryer etc.
If you break or damage anything in the apartment you must advise us as soon as possible, as breakages and damage will be charged for.
